Scott Peters

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Scott Peters is an accomplished President, Chief Executive Officer, and Board Member. He is currently the CEO of NRGMart and serves as an Advisor to the world’s largest healthcare/financial services provider, UnitedHealth Group and Optum Bank. Prior to this, he was Founder and CEO of SCP Consulting where he provided advisory services to private equity firms entering several services industries. Scott also led Primeritus Financial Services (Repossession Management, Skip Tracing & Remarketing) to industry leader status as well as record growth, revenues, and earnings in 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018 as President, CEO, and Board Member. He has also been the President and CEO of four other highly successful private equity owned companies including Ability Insurance Company, Ability Reinsurance Company, and Ability Resources in the healthcare insurance and third party administration (TPA) space well as Generation Mortgage Company in the reverse mortgage industry. Scott has more than 30 years of successful leadership experience in public and private companies including Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company/MassMutual, GE Capital, AT&T, The Profit Recovery Group, CompuCredit, and Nortel Networks. Additionally, Scott built and operated SCP Consulting and two Real Estate Development/Residential Building companies. He is a decorated Veteran and served honorably as an officer in the U.S. Army for six years. Scott has been on several boards in the past including Wounded Warrior Project, The National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association, Ability Companies, Primeritus Financial Services, and currently serves on the board of WNA Ltd. Scott has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and earned his MBA at the top of his class at California State Polytechnic University. He’s also a certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma. Scott and his wife, Laura, reside in Atlanta, Georgia, with their three children.

Bechir Bani

FOUNDER & CEO

Bechir Bani is the visionary founder and driving force behind Concord HVAC Solutions. With a master’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from the prestigious Polytechnic School of Montreal, Bechir combines a strong technical foundation with a passion for industry-changing entrepreneurship. His unique blend of skills and insights has positioned him as a leader poised to bring lasting impact to the HVAC sector. Throughout his prestigious career, Bechir has held influential roles across billion-dollar corporations such as Ubisoft, Staples Business Advantage, and National Bank of Canada. In each position, he built a reputation for excellence, strategy-driven leadership, and an ability to drive substantial growth. His professional journey has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of global markets, a keen eye for operational improvements, and a commitment to delivering value and efficiency across complex systems. Recognizing a unique opportunity to bring much-needed transformation to the HVAC industry, Bechir established Concord HVAC Solutions to address key challenges such as energy efficiency, sustainability, and customer-focused services. His approach is grounded in a vision for a more connected and efficient HVAC landscape, where streamlined operations and innovation go hand in hand with environmental responsibility.

Quan Nguyen

INDUSTRY EXPERT

Quan Nguyen is an accomplished executive leader within the HVAC industry.  During his time as the General Manager of Lennox Residential HVAC from 2017 through 2023, the business gained market share and expanded profitability while he lead them through several significant events to include the Marshalltown Tornado, the COVID 19 pandemic, and immense regulatory changes.  Prior to that, his experience includes roles in marketing, product management, and supply chain.  In addition to Lennox, he served on and was the Chairman of the board of NATE (North American Technician Excellence), the nation’s largest non-profit for HVACR technicians.  Before joining Lennox, Quan worked at McKinsey & Company consulting a variety of industries including utilities, mining, and aerospace & defense.  He is a combat veteran, with service in Operation Iraqi Freedom, earning a Bronze Star Medal.  He currently serves on the board of the Dallas Asian American Youth Orchestra and teaches at the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.  Quan has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and earned his MBA from Harvard Business School. 

Nate Myer

FINANCIAL EXPERT

Nate Myer is an accomplished CFO, experienced Operating Partner in Private Equity and Board member. Nate is currently EVP & CFO of FXI, a leading provider of comfort solutions with 22 manufacturing locations across North America. He has held the Corporate CFO positions 8 times mainly for multi billion dollar global corporations and has over 30 years of operating experience working across several industries and six continents. Nate has a dozen years of senior level operating partner experience in private equity and has served on many Boards mostly recently with Tegra Global, formerly an Apollo owned company. At Platinum Equity, Nate led the Mergers & Acquisition Integration, Carve Out, Finance and Business Process Optimization centers of excellence. He focused on enabling timely deal transactions and making decisions early in investment life cycles to improve overall investment performance. Prior to his CFO, Board, and Operating Partner experience, he held finance leadership positions at Global Crossing and Solectron, formerly an $18 billion NYSE company. Nate spent the first several years of his finance career at EY in Washington DC and the Disney Corporate headquarters in Burbank, CA. Nate has a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia, an MBA from UCLA Anderson School, is six sigma lean trained and is a Certified CPA in Virginia and California.

Scott L. Anderson

LEGAL EXPERT

Scott Lloyd Anderson is a highly experienced attorney with deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and business and tax law. He began his professional journey as a tax accountant at KPMG in 1980, establishing a strong foundation in tax and financial matters that has served as a cornerstone of his legal career. Over the next several decades, Scott made his mark as a President and Shareholder at Fabyanske, Westra, Hart & Thomson, P.A., where he played a pivotal role in advising closely held businesses, managing corporate restructurings, and guiding clients through complex transactions, including business disputes and financings. In 2021, Scott transitioned to the role of Of Counsel, continuing to offer his seasoned legal counsel to clients while focusing on strategic legal matters. A former Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Scott’s unique combination of legal and financial expertise has made him a sought-after advisor for businesses navigating intricate financial and legal landscapes. In addition to his practice, Scott has contributed to legal education through teaching roles at Augsburg College and the University of Minnesota, where he shared his knowledge and experience with future leaders in the legal and business communities. He holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) with honors from William Mitchell College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) with honors from Augsburg University. Recognized for his legal acumen, Scott has been named a Super Lawyer for over 20 consecutive years and is listed among Best Lawyers in America for his excellence in Mergers and Acquisitions.

Joseph Springer

LEGAL EXPERT

Joseph Springer is an accomplished board member, executive, and attorney with substantial experience in the construction industry. Joseph held the positions of Director, Legal; Vice President and General Counsel with Harris, one of the 10 largest mechanical contractors in the United States. Harris is a leading mechanical contractor specializing in design and engineering, construction, building automation, service, manufacturing, conveyors and end-to-end building systems. Harris has 14 regional offices and more than 2,000 employees. Prior to joining Harris, Joseph was General Counsel, Chief Administrative Officer, and Board Member of MyPillow, Inc., a manufacturer and distributor of consumer products. Prior to that, Joseph spent 25 years as an attorney with Fredrikson & Byron, a 350-lawyer law firm where he practiced in the areas of construction, real estate, and litigation. While at Fredrikson, Joseph received several accolades, including as a nationally-ranked construction lawyer by the independent researchers at Chambers and Partners, the highest ranking of legal ability and ethical standards as judged by his peers from Martindale-Hubbell, and was named a Super Lawyer. He holds a BA in Economics from the University of St. Thomas, a General Course degree from the London School of Economics, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota.
